FUNCTION：参与神经元一氧化氮（NO）合成调控的Adapter protein，通过与nNOS/NOS1结合发挥作用。与NOS1和synapsins形成的复合物对于突触前水平的特定NO和synapsin功能是必需的。介导NOS1与RASD1之间的间接相互作用，从而增强NOS1激活RASD1的能力。与DLG4竞争与NOS1的相互作用，可能通过调节NOS1与DLG4之间的相互作用来影响NOS1活性（By similarity）。在肾脏足细胞中，通过CDC42激活在podosomes和filopodia形成中发挥作用（PubMed:33523862）。{ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:O54960, ECO:0000269|PubMed:33523862}。
