功能描述

催化NAD(P)HX的S-型和R-型差向异构化,NAD(P)HX是NAD(P)H的一种受损形式,由酶促或热依赖性水合作用产生 (By similarity) (PubMed:27616477)。这是S-特异性NAD(P)H-水合物脱水酶修复NAD(P)HX两种差向异构体的先决条件 (By similarity)。加速胆固醇从内皮细胞向高密度脂蛋白 (HDL) 流出,从而调节血管生成 (PubMed:23719382)。 {ECO:0000255|HAMAP-Rule:MF_03159, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23719382, ECO:0000269|PubMed:27616477}。

组织特异性

Ubiquitously expressed, with highest levels in kidney, heart and liver. Present in cerebrospinal fluid and urine but not in serum from healthy patients. Present in serum of sepsis patients (at protein level).
